If you have submitted too many print jobs at once, clear unnecessary print jobs.

5. Printer does not connect to Wi-Fi

Cause:

Weak Wi-Fi signal.

Incorrect Wi-Fi settings.

Solution:

If your printer does not connect to Wi-Fi, check your Wi-Fi speed and restart the printer and router.

Make sure you enter the correct Wi-Fi password when connecting the printer to Wi-Fi.

6. Scanner does not work
